Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Mondays at noon and Wednesdays at 11:30am
I believe that yoga is a gift to the mind and body ~ helping us to improve our balance, build strength in our bodies, release tension, and improve flexibility while relaxing our minds and bringing our focus into alignment with our breath.

My classes are designed to start with a warm up phase, that includes time to connect our breath and our movement while we gently move our bodies in a way that helps clear our minds and relax our bodies. We then move into a more active phase which includes sun salutations and warrior poses that help stretch and strengthen our bodies and improve flexibility then finish up with relaxing poses and a brief mediation that leave us feeling rejuvenated.

I strive to make my classes accessible to individuals at any fitness level and create a workout that reduces the risk of injury and helps to augment recovery from ailments. .

Instructor
I hold my certification in a Vinyasa flow style of yoga. Currently I am certificated through Yoga Fit in levels 1-5, anatomy, hot yoga, kid's yoga, senior's yoga and yoga lean. I also teach yoga to employees at Providence St. Peter's Hospital, faculty and students at St. Martin's University, members of Lacey Ultimate Fitness Center and students at The Olympia Community School.

Cost: $12/$10 Students & Elders or Gratitude Card
