Waves Studios features the 5Rhythms® movement meditation and offers an ever-expanding selection of complimentary dance practices, movement meditations, yoga, children’s programs, and special events – all designed for health, healing, and enlivenment. These practices cultivate physical presence, compassion and creativity.
Newly relocated to Olympia's west side, Waves Studio was designed with safety and comfort in mind. We built our "floating" dance floor with just the right amount of "give" to facilitate safe movement practices. You wont find a more comfortable dance floor in the Pacific Northwest.
Waves Studio has been Olympia’s physical and spiritual home for the 5Rhythms® since 2001 and is owned and managed by Liz & Ronny Temple. Our intent is to provide a joyful and sacred container where people of all ages experience a deeper sense of being.
