The 5Rhythms® are a dynamic map of the way energy moves. This entry level workshop is a safe space to explore the nuts and bolts, language and best practices of the 5Rhythms. This is where to learn how to use a warm up most effectively, what each rhythm is and its characteristics, and the practice of partnership, tribal, and unity work.
