Hatha - Vinyasa Yoga
with Robyn Regula

Hatha Yoga Basics Tuesdays 4:00-5:20pm.
Designed for those just beginning a yoga practice. This class focuses on the essential, foundational building blocks of a yoga practice, including basic postures, breath, proper alignment while building strength and flexibility.

Each class is well rounded including plenty of time for relaxation and a short meditation. Essential for those who want to continue onto Level 1. This class is also suitable for those students who have been practicing for a while and just want to review the basics or simply enjoy a little easier, slower paced class.

Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga Level 1 Thursdays 4:00 - 5:20 pm.
Designed for those who have already had an introduction to the basic postures and breathing. This class is just a step up from the basics. It is a little bit more challenging and while we still move slowly, it also moves faster in the sense that it combines elements of hatha yoga (practicing postures one by one) with the more creative, flowing sequences, linking postures together with the breath (vinyasa yoga).

This class could also be suitable for some fit beginners, who already have a keen body awareness, that want to practice twice a week, so they are also regularly attending the basics class. Just like the yoga basics, each class is well rounded including plenty of time for relaxation and a short meditation.
